Medical Care:
Our team of physicians and medical staff are able to specialize in the various areas of the body ensuring that you are receiving optimum care specific to your injury. We offer immediate same-day evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries. Full diagnostic equipment on-site means a speedy visit.

Pre-Employment Physicals:
Physical examinations can be tailored to fit your requirements. Components of our exams can include medical history, vision, hearing, urinalysis, back analysis, cardio analysis, pulmonary function testing, Tuberculosis screening, Hepatitis vaccination, blood testing, EKG, respiratory fit testing, and more.

D.O.T. Physicals:
We offer Department of Transportation physicals that comply with DOT requirements and certify that the individual is fit to operate a commercial motor vehicle. A DOT medical card is furnished upon completion.

Return-To-Work Physicals:
Physical Exam Protocols can be established to ensure that an employee who has been out of work from an injury is able to return to a productive work schedule.

Functional Capacity Examination:
Utilizing outside experts in the field, this musculoskeletal assessment includes measurements and is designed specifically to match the essential functions of the position as outlined by the employer. This determines if the patient is able to perform the job correctly.

Substance Abuse Testing:
Substance abuse screening for both drugs and alcohol is available in all neighborhood health centers. Trained technicians follow protocol to ensure all testing is fulfilled to laws and regulations. We offer different testing methods to fit your needs including urinalysis, hair collection, DOT/NIDA testing, rapid drug screens, breath alcohol testing, 24 hr. dispatched collection units, and randomizations for testing. We can also provide insight and suggestions as to what testing—if any—would work best for your company.
