Dr. Smith joined Coordinated Health as Co-Chief of Medicine at our Surgical Specialty Center in November of 2008 He has brought a whole new level of enthusiasm to patient care at our in-patient facility. In addition he sees patients thru our WorkCares Division, sees non-surgical injuries and helps to cover the many sporting events at schools throughout the Lehigh Valley where CH is involved. Dr. Smith completed his undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College.  He completed his medical training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and his Family Medicine residency at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He is a native of Bangor, PA and lives in Nazareth with his wife, Beth.

Dr. Jusinski joined Coordinated Health as a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician in 2007. He completed his undergraduate and medical education at State University of New York at Stony Brook, Jagiellonian University School of Medicine in Krakow, Poland and also Family Medicine and Sports Medicine Fellowships at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem, PA. In addition to leading our WorkCares Division, he also covers sporting events throughout the Lehigh Valley, sees non-surgical sports injuries and co-shares the position of Chief of Medicine at our Surgical Specialty Center where he medically manages all of our surgical in patients. He lives in Bethlehem with his wife, Karen and his 2 children.

Dr. Bautista joined Coordinated Health in 2009. He sees patients in our Work Cares division at our Allentown office. He provides care for sports related injuries, work related injuries, general family medicine, acts as medical consult physician for our surgeons, and is a team physician for Lehigh University athletics. He is actively involved in medical coverage of various sporting events in the Lehigh Valley, including Allentown Sportsfest Golden Gloves and Lehigh Valley's half marathon. He completed his undergraduate training at Temple University and medical school at American University of the Caribbean. He completed residency training in Family Medicine at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania. He completed his fellowship training in Sports Medicine at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He enjoys mountain biking and surfing. He lives with his turtle, Sam, in Bethlehem.
