EASY ACCESS FROM ROUTES 22, 33, AND 78

FROM ALLENTOWN AREA – Take Route 22 East to Schoenersville Road exit. At end of ramp make a left. Go to first stop light. Make a right onto Macada Road and follow signs for parking.

FROM NEW JERSEY – Take Route 22 West to PA. Exit at the 7th exit (Schoenersville Road). At end of ramp make a left. At second stop light make a right onto Macada Road and follow signs for parking.

FROM POCONO AREA – Take Route 33 South to Route 22 West. Get off at third exit (Schoenersville Road). At end of ramp make a left. At second stop light make a right onto Macada Road and follow signs for parking.

Welcome to the Bethlehem Neighborhood Health Center of Coordinated Health. My name is Jennifer McGouldrick and I am the District Manager of the Schoenersville Rd. location.

This office has served as the original location of Coordinated Health since October 1988. At present time, our location offers The Orthopedic Center, WorkCares, The Foot and Ankle Center, The Rehabilitation Center and The Imaging Center.

Currently we are going through major renovations so that we may better serve our patients. The renovations include a new Foot and Ankle Center located on the 2nd floor, MRI suite, expanded physical therapy area and a new WorkCares facility. The renovations will also include an overall facelift to the entire interior.
