Easy access from Routes 22, 309, 78 and the PA Turnpike

From the city of Allentown – Cedar Crest Blvd. over Route 22. 1/4 mile past Route 22 make a right into the Roma Corporate Center just past commercial center. Proceed approximately 1/2 block; the 1401 building is on the right. CH offices are on the second floor. Continue north on Cedar Crest Blvd. 1605 is the large glass building on your right.

From the Allentown area – Use any of the major highways (Routes 309, 78 or PA Turnpike) to get to Route 22. Follow Route 22 to the Cedar Crest exit and follow directions above.

Physician Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Physical Therapy:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
