About Us

As the area's premier provider of sports medicine, Dr. Emil DiIorio knew that early intervention led to quicker diagnosis and recovery. In 1988, he founded Sports Medicine of the Lehigh Valley to help the area's athletes and weekend warriors heal quicker and more efficiently. Over time, other services, centers and physicians were added. To reflect the integration of physicians, rehabilitation and imaging, the name was changed to Coordinated Health.

In 2006 we opened the Surgical Specialty Center. The all-new center boasts 20 new in-patient rooms, in-house physical therapy and hotel-like amenities. This center allows patients to receive outpatient surgical services, while also allowing patients requiring more extensive surgery to heal in a facility focused on their every need.

Currently, new facilities are being added, existing facilities are being expanded and new specialties are being added. Whether you're a student athlete, weekend warrior, injured worker or baby boomer, you can feel secure knowing that we strive to make your experience stress-free, so you can get back on your feet as quickly as possible.
