Coordinated Health, a premier provider of medical services
in the Lehigh Valley, is searching for hard-working,
energetic, committed, and enthusiastic individuals to
contribute to a team of health-care professionals in
providing prevention, care, and rehabilitation of athletic
related injuries in a secondary school setting. As Athletic
Trainers working autonomously at area secondary schools,
these individuals must possess the ability to communicate
effectively, organize administrative responsibilities,
and optimize effectiveness within the framework of resources,
while providing the utmost quality of care for student-athletes.
This position requires distinctive commitments toward
maintaining and growing the excellent reputation of
the Coordinated Health Athletic Training Program.
At Coordinated Health, there is an ongoing obligation
to continuous learning, to improving and adding skills,
and to contributing to Coordinated Health and the Athletic
Training Program objectives. Presenting innovative strategies
and sharing creative ideas are encouraged, valued, and
respected.
Qualified applicants will hold a BS degree in Athletic
Training from an accredited college or university and
have BOC certification and a Pennsylvania license or
be eligible. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
NASM or NSCA certification is preferred but not required.

Staff Responsibilities:
• Prevention, recognition, evaluation, and initial
care of injuries and conditions resulting from participation
in athletics at assigned school.
• Rehabilitation and reconditioning of athletic
injuries at assigned school.
• Practice and event coverage at assigned school.
• Athletic Training Room organization and administration
at assigned school.
• Contribute to Coordinated Health Athletic Training
Program initiatives.Full-Time Employment Agreement:
• 10-Month agreement to coincide with the school
district year.
• No clinical coverage responsibilities.
• No Sunday coverage.
• Salary paid over 12-Month Period. Full benefits
over 12-Month period.
• 100 hours of paid time off (PTO) during the
10-Month period.
•Performance Management System for semi-annual
bonuses.
