Mission Statement
The
Centers at Coordinated Health are committed to delivering
exceptional healthcare and related services to our patients,
employer clients, and affiliated schools in our local
communities. Our team of highly trained physicians,
physical therapists, occupational therapists, and athletic
trainers strive to return patients to their pre-treatment
condition as quickly and safely as possible. It is the
goal of all staff members to provide the highest level
of care, both clinically and educationally to every
patient that we treat.
The Athletic Training Program by Coordinated Health
is a community outreach program committed to providing
the highest level of health care services for area secondary
school athletic programs and their student-athletes.
We focus our objectives to ensure an overall positive
experience for each student-athlete, parent, coach,
athletic director, school district administrator, and
staff athletic trainer.

The Athletic Training Program by Coordinated Health
was established in 1988 to provide quality health care
for secondary school student-athletes in the Lehigh
Valley. Since then, we have continued to grow, yet remain
committed to being leaders in the field of Sports Medicine
by staying on the cutting edge of injury prevention,
management, and rehabilitation protocols through year-round
continuing education.
Our Certified Athletic Trainers have a network of twenty-six
highly trained physicians at their disposal, including
eleven orthopedic surgeons, four podiatrists, five physiatrists,
three chiropractors, and four anesthesiologists. Coordinated
Health offers in-house diagnostic testing, including
X-Ray, MRI, and CT, which facilitates convenience and
provides rapid results for student-athletes and their
parents.
Basic Services Offered:
• Prevention, recognition, evaluation, and initial
care of injuries and conditions resulting from participation
in athletics.
• Rehabilitation and reconditioning of athletic
injuries.
• Practice and event coverage.
• Medical record keeping and injury tracking.
• Budgeting and ordering of Athletic Training
Room supplies.
• Three inservices per year for coaches and teachers.
• Policies and Procedures Manual for staff athletic
trainers.
• Team orthopedic physician assigned to each school.
