Coordinated Health Announces New COO
Coordinated Health, the region’s premier integrated health network, is pleased to announce the addition of Mark Holtz, MS, FACHE, as the new Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Holtz is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and boasts over 30 years of healthcare experience, including considerable management and administrative skills. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Lehigh Valley Healthy Network and the Chief Operating Officer for Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey.
His expertise includes physician relations, clinical program and service development and management. He also has a proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, increasing patient and employee satisfaction and establishing and maintaining strong medical and staff relationships.

Mr. Holtz will be focusing on ensuring that Coordinated Health continues to be the premiere hospital health network for value based care. He believes his vast experience in the healthcare field will help him attain his goal. He began his career in the operating room as a unit manager and continues to see the significance in being an administrator on the front lines, which means going into the operating room from time to time to see where the care is delivered.
“I want people to know that if they are touching a Coordinated Health facility in any way, they are going to have a great outcome and it is going to be done efficiently and effectively. The enormous amount of health care dollars that are spent in this country are going to be spent in a value based way and not wasted,” says Holtz.
