QUALITY

The quality of our
therapists is unmatched in the region. Our therapists are hands-on and exercise oriented. We do not depend on modalities to provide the majority of your treatment. Our goal is to return you to function as quickly and safely as possible. Your therapy is not driven by your maximum number of insurance visits.
CONTINUITY
Continuity of care is paramount to your treatment and recovery. Are the same therapists always treating you? For the best recovery possible, you need to develop a relationship and trust in your therapist. You cannot do that if your therapist is moved from office to office to accommodate patient volumes.
Our therapists stay in one location so they can develop that relationship with you. You work with the same therapists for your entire treatment. We can even match you with the therapist you have used in the past if you ever need more therapy.
TEAM
To deliver more consistent care, our therapists work as a team. A team does not consist of one therapist and 3 – 4 assistants. We use a 1:1 ratio of therapists to therapist assistants. Our teams are small so you can work with the same two people each visit. As a result, your therapist is always aware of your daily progress and what adjustments need to be made.
COST
Your time is valuable and so are your healthcare dollars. You are not kept in the dark about your therapy coverage. Benefits are verified prior to your initial visit. At your initial visit, we explain what your out-of-pocket expenses are and what is or is not covered.
Your therapist also helps keep your out-of-pocket expenses down while maximizing the benefit of your therapy.
COMMUNICATION
The communication between your doctor and therapist is essential. You progress slower in therapy without this communication. Your doctor is consistently updated on your progress and problems are addressed immediately. Your therapist maintains this communication via a Plan of Care. The Plan of Care allows your doctor to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
