Are nagging or serious injuries affecting your child or your team?

A huge benefit of training using the PULSE program methods is injury prevention. Coaches who use the PULSE program for preseason conditioning frequently comment on how well their team is prepared for the season and notice significantly fewer complaints about muscle pulls and injuries.

  • Our sport specific warm up is designed to ensure that the body is ready to perform at its highest level.
  • Movement Preparation is an important part of the warm up and needs to be done correctly in the right progression.
We teach your son, daughter or team the right way to warm up through an active stretch that targets their entire body, then move to a more dynamic movement that incorporates higher speeds that mimics sport specific movements required in athletics. We then move into a series of core, balance and deceleration exercises to ensure total body awareness and preparation for peak performance and injury prevention.

What sports can PULSE assist?

Whether you play a fall, winter, or spring sport, we can accommodate your sport with an
on-site (at your facility) or off site (at our facility) pre-season team training program.
Programs can include 4, 6, 8 weeks up to a 6 months or year long training program for:

We also offer personal training programs if you prefer your child to have one on one time with a performance coach.
