Tara Zambri graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with an Associate in Applied Science. She was trained at St. Peter’s Medical Center, JFK Hospital, BCS Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute of Morristown Memorial Hospital. Tara has additional training in the “Functional Foot and Ankle,” “Diagnosis and Treatment of Movement System Impairment Syndromes,” “The Pilates Method for Use as Therapeutic and Corrective Exercise,” “Treatment of Neck & Upper Back Pain Disorders,” “Comprehensive Treatment of the Knee,” “Manually Managing Chronic Pain: Simple Contact Technique,” “Introduction to Myofascial Techniques,” “New Concepts in Stroke Treatment and Rehabilitation” and “Management of the Patient with Lower Extremity Amputation.” She practices in our East Stroudsburg NHC. Her treatment specialties and interests are in soft tissue, myofascial techniques and pilates exercise. Tara’s professional achievement is graduating on the Dean’s list and being a caring and motivating physical therapy assistant. Her personal achievement is being a wife and mother of two beautiful children. Her personal interests are spending quality time with her family, camping, exercising and reading. Tara became a PTA to improve the quality of life of individuals who are restricted due to injuries and ailments. My goal is to educate patients with the knowledge of their injuries and help them regain independence in their desired activities.
