  • Great Experience at Coordinated Health
I wanted to write about my recent experience with Coordinated Health and it is just too much to say on the comment lines of this form.   In April I injured my arm and thought it was pretty bad and might require an orthopedic doctor. Several close friends recommended Dr. Randy Jaeger. I was injured on a Sunday and called Coordinated Health on a Monday to inquire about an appointment with Dr. Jaeger. I was told he had an appointment available on Wednesday but didn't have to wait, I could use your Care On Demand service and see the doctor that day. I booked an appointment for Wednesday but did walk in on Monday and had an exam just to reassure myself.   As I suspected, it was something that would require the attention of Dr. Jaeger. After the MRI at you Allentown facility it was determined that I had extreme damage to my rotator cuff and would require surgery. I would like to say what a pleasant experience my MRI was. I have had one in the past at LVH and it was not a good experience for me. The employees at your facility were so nice and professional and made me feel very at ease.   The Surgery was scheduled for June 5. Everything went so well that Dr. Jaeger told me he was able to repair my injury better than he expected. I can't say enough nice things about what a wonderful surgeon he is! Also the hospital staff was wonderful in providing great care  on the day of my surgery. I couldn't have been more pleased. Over the years I have had at least 6 other surgeries at other local hospitals  and can honestly say my experience with Coordinated Health surpassed them all.   My Physical Therapy began a few days later and I work with Therapist Bill Molnar. He was terrific. He was very thorough in explaining what we were doing and why. He answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly, When I would have pain from new exercises or just wearing that sling for so long, he would work on those parts to relieve the stress. When I felt really good and wanted more to do to speed things along, he would give me instructions on things to do but always remind me to be careful and not over do it. I did see a few other therapist over my 14 weeks of therapy due to time concerns and rides when I couldn't drive. Those therapists did some of the same stretching but Bill had a good technique of being gentle yet stretching me further and it is to him that I give credit for my great rehabilitation.  I am now back to work full-time for the fourth day and I do Clerical work so I use my arm all day and feel really good. I feel the job Bill did was extremely good and want you to know how much I appreciate it. He was kind, He listened to everything I had to say and was truly familiar with my case. And it meant a lot to me.   I would also like to mention Holly who works at the reception area in your therapy department was wonderful. She remember each patient and can answer all question with knowledge and ease.   My Entire experience with Coordinated Health was fantastic and I have recommended your services to several people who have already use them and think the same. Thanks to all for your great service and dedication to your patients!
