Coordinated Health’s team of exercise physiologists travel to your workplace and teach your employees a stretching routine to “warm-up” before work and reduce workplace injuries. We also educate and instruct your employees in proper lifting technique.

Clinical Case Management
Your employee’s care will be coordinated regardless of which location they visit. Our Case Managers are a liaison between the employer, employee, insurance company, and physician. After each employee visit, a case manager updates you and your insurance provider on the status of your employee and their treatment plan. You are also sent copies of all treatment plans.

Physical Evaluation and Injury Care
Our goals are the same as yours – to help your employees return to work as quickly and as safely as possible. We have X-ray, MRI, rehabilitation and durable medical equipment onsite so your employees can leave our offices with a diagnosis and treatment plan in place to expedite return to work.
